I guess they don't like calling games that last 4 hours, if they called every foul the games would never end...
You would end up with the water boys playin 1 on 1
my question is , if its in the rulebook , why dont they call it???? i mean i know gc is not the only team to do it

somebody said its because GC is a hard nosed basketball team so they give them the benefit of the doubt, but i dont believe in that either.
ICGRM takin' over
how come not many call 3 seconds in the paint either?
how come the whistles are swallowed towards the end of the game...is a foul at 5:15 not a foul at 3.7?
it's how the game is played, and it's just the way things are...lots of things that are in the rule book aren't called and lots of people don't even know they existed

It's also in the Rule book, that if you dunk in warm-ups it's a T, you think they'll ever call that....
to me it's all about consistency... if you call it on one team call it on the other. if you're going to let the boys play a little more rough then allow that to follow through for both teams all 4 qrts. if you want to call every foul then do that but be consistent throughout.
I've seen it called many times over the years. Problem is most officials don't come out to the court until the 10-minute mark in warm-ups. The dunking usually occurs during the first few minutes of warm-ups while the officials are in the dressing room. They have to see it to call it.
only if ya got a ref tryin to make a name for himself
